Holistic client advice
Before joining Mbaer Bank, Alexey worked for nine years with individual clients and companies in the Eastern / Central Europe. It includes international experience in the US as the Relationship Manager for Institutional and Private Clients. During this time, he was delivering holistic wealth planning and quality investment advice, communicating market changes and providing swift service to help grow and diversify individual or company portfolios.
- Identification and acquisition of institutional and private clients in the target market
- Independent and comprehensive advice to clients after discovery and assessment of individual and legal situation, relevance to the customer and his family countries.
Alexey also has expertise in eCommerce. During his tenure a Business Development Manager, he oversaw eCommerce partnership with major shopping carts/e-wallets, completing integration on time and expanding business opportunities under tight deadlines as well attracting new clients, researching new market opportunities and overseeing growth projects, making sales projections and forecasting revenue, in line with projected income.
Beginning of a career
He started his career as a property manager. This required know how in the fields of legal proceedings, tax information, budget planning, and office administration detailing. Second to none customer services and interpersonal skills as well problem-solving skills were essential for this position.
