Nathalie is a versatile lawyer with extensive experience in the areas of legal, compliance and forensics. She has many years of professional experience from her work at the public prosecutor's office in Zurich, as a corporate lawyer at one of the Big Four, as a senior compliance officer in wealth management at two banks in Switzerland and as Head of Compliance at a leading Swiss securities firm in the structured products market.
Expertise
She has extensive expertise in the prosecution of complex commercial and criminal cases, project management, risk assessment and the development and implementation of compliance and prevention strategies.
Nathalie has very good knowledge of AMLA, KYC, sanctions, CDB, capital markets regulation, cross-border regulations as well as litigation, ethical issues and employment law.

Nathalie is a native German speaker and has a very good knowledge of English, French and Spanish. She also has a basic knowledge of Italian.
