Longstanding banking experience
Jury Hristolubov brings over 15 years of experience in international private and corporate banking. He began his financial career in 2006 at SEB Bank in Latvia, where he supported traders and optimized internal processes. In 2008, he transitioned to another Latvia based bank, where he committed more to investments and deepened his expertise in brokerage and asset management, eventually rising to Head of Brokerage. During his tenure, he was responsible for managing substantial portfolios, developing investment products, and coordinating sales strategies.
Before joining MBaer Merchant bank in May 2024, he had a position of Senior Banker in one of the Private Swiss banks and role was involved in managing private banking relationships, attracting new high-net-worth clients, and overseeing portfolios.

Qualifications
- MBA from Riga International School of Economics and Business Administration.
- Diploma of London Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Business Administration.
- Certified under MiFID II.
