Responsible for all compliance aspects of a foreign bank in Switzerland, including KYC/AML, Sanctions, Cross Border, Regulatory Developments, Audit, etc.
Senior Legal Counsel Investment Bank | Head Control Room of largest Swiss Bank
Advising business from a legal and compliance aspect on capital markets transactions (debt/equity), research etc.
Senior Legal Counsel for the Swiss Stock Exchange and the Swiss Takeover Board
Advising market participants on all relevant aspects of the capital markets regulation, including ensurance of the adherence thereto.
