Before starting at MBaer Merchant Bank, Vanessa supervised apprentices in various industries as a junior manager for several years.
- Shortly after entering the HR world, Vanessa was responsible for the apprentices from the Mittelland region at UBS AG
- After a personal sabbatical and a 7 month trip through South America, she started at Migros Bank AG as a trainee manager, leading and developing the vocational training
- Finally, she left the banking industry behind for a short time and supervised the IT and mediamatics apprentices at Sunrise GmbH
Beginnings in the banking industry
- During her three-year apprenticeship as a bank clerk at UBS, she was able to gain first impressions in six different departments
- Before she went on her first trip abroad 1 year after her apprenticeship, she looked after the bank's own employees as a customer advisor

Vanessa is fluent in German, Italian, English, French and Spanish.
