- Inga started her financial career early in 2006 as a client advisor for a leading Latvian universal bank with a focus on serving corporate accounts. Afterwards, in 2011 she has joined a private bank where Inga has explored and significantly increased her knowledge in the field of Private Banking.
- In her last employment role, prior to joining MBaer, Inga served as a senior relationship manager and later the head of a Private Banking department of a Swiss bank. There she was responsible for the development of a private banking platform, defining the overall market strategy, financial product set up and Client acquisition.

Qualifications
- BA in Law from Latvian State University
- Banker Certificate from the Association Commercial Banks and IFS School of Finance (UK)
Inga speaks fluent English, Latvian and Russian.
