Change into the banking industry
In mid 2019, Lilly moved to a renowned private bank where she gained instructive experience in private banking. She served private and institutional clients with a focus on Central Europe and ensured smooth day-to-day operations.
Establishing herself in the industry
Before moving into the banking industry, Lilly worked for well-known international companies based in Liechtenstein and Switzerland. Over the years, she gained expertise in sales, purchasing, complaints management, and transportation and logistics. In an interdisciplinary project team, she solved a wide variety of problems in the interest of both the customer and the company.
Career start in customer consulting
After graduating from the HBLA für wirtschaftliche Berufe, in Bad Ischl, AT, Lilly shifted her focus in life to Vorarlberg. She started her first position as a reception manager in the healthcare industry. Through daily customer contact, she was able to deepen her sales and communication skills as well as gain her first leadership experience.

- Diploma Fit for Finance & Fit for Sustainable Finance, HSG, St. Gallen
- HBLA for economic professions with Matura degree, Bad Ischl, Austria
Lilly is fluent in German, Serbo-Croatian and English and has basic knowledge of Italian and French.
